CONTROLLER FOR BREAD AND PIZZA DECK OVENS

EV8 318/328 is a range of compact controllers offering independent management of the power or temperature of the top and floor and are suitable for different types of electric bread and pizza deck ovens. This model controls the heaters by electro-mechanical relays. The controllers provide complete management of steam (generation, injection and venting) in both automatic and manual mode, “weekly programmed switch-on”, “cooking timer” and “programs” functions.
Energy savings are guaranteed, as the controllers of each level can be interconnected to centrally control energy consumption, modulating the power consumption of the oven so it does not exceed the conditions of the electricity supply contract.
The standard 72×144 mm format has an interface with a 2.8” colour display with 13 capacitive keys and can be installed from the front of the panel.
