This universal controller for bakeries developed by Panicoupe can be adapted to all types of bakery ovens- Its sealing is rated IP65
It features a double temperature display to show the measured temperature and the target temperature- You can choose the type of degree displayed (°C or °F)
This temperature controller has a multi-range temperature control from 0 to +999 °C- To make installation easier- it is delivered already configured in 0/300 °C- Of course- the maximum and minimum temperatures are adjustable- as well as the adjustable Hysteresis (∆T)- You can also set the Display Calibration- There is an exponential speed temperature adjusting mode used for reaching the setpoint very quickly
On the front panel- there are high-sensitivity silicone keys with clear contact marking
The accuracy of this universal controller is 0,5%
The power supply can be 24V or 230V- This is a dual-voltage universal controller
The output relay is a change-over relay- The LEDs permanently indicate the status of the relay and the selection of the type of degree (°C or °F)
The SENSOR input is either thermocouple input J or K (TCJ or TCK) supplied configured in TCJ (SENSOR not supplied)- either as a 2 or 3-wire PT100 SENSOR input
Dimensions and assembly:
The front panel is compact with a height and width of 96 mm in composite material- The case is 65 mm deep (96 x 96 x 65 mm)
The universal controller is connected via three individual- plug-in rear terminals: 1 for the power supply- 1 for the SENSOR and 1 for the output relay
Caution- the RTU620 SENSOR must be ordered separately-
It comes with mini side brackets with integrated screws- These enable the controller to be cbulbed and attached solidly- They can be attached to the 4 sides-
