PRICE

Our prices are understood to be unit (except contra-indication) excluding tax in euros, ex store, shipping and packaging extra.

We reserve the right to modify, during the year, without notice, the prices of items appearing in our catalog, according to the evolution of our suppliers’ prices or currency prices.

Our rate is not intended for users, our clientele being made up of installers of convenience stores in equipment for the food industry.

No minimum order, no billing costs for mainland France and the EEC.

Our minimum order value is of 350 € (tax excluded and goods value only), under this amount, a 25 € lump sum for administrative fees will be invoiced.

TRANSPORT

The goods travel at the risk and peril of the recipient. Consequently, it is up to the recipient to carry out under his responsibility all the formalities necessary to safeguard his rights in the event of transport damage and in particular to make all the possible reservations during the reception of the goods. The indications of the type “subject to unpacking” have no value, it is necessary to specify on the transport slip the exact nature of the damage.

DELIVERY TERMS

In general, our items are available from stock. If you place an order before 5 p.m. Monday to Friday, it will be dispatched the same day. However in case of rupture we immediately let you know the delivery time.

This delivery time is given to you for information and delivery delays cannot in any case justify the cancellation of the order or lead to compensation.

BACKORDER

In case of stock shortage we keep the missing items in balance. These will be automatically attached to a subsequent order to avoid additional shipping costs. If you want the remainder to be sent alone, shipping will be done at an advanced port at your expense If you do not wish to maintain the balance, we will cancel it at your request.

PAYMENTS

RETURN OF GOODS

WARRANTY

Our articles are guaranteed for six months, from the date of the invoice, against any manufacturing defect. This warranty does not apply in the event of misuse (improper assembly, abnormal use, transformation, etc.). In the event of application of the guarantee, the equipment must be returned to us prepaid, with its purchase invoice. Defective equipment will be returned to the supplier who, as the case may be, will replace or repair it. Repair times vary from supplier to supplier.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

These are given for information only, our suppliers reserve the right to modify or delete certain products without notice. Our products correspond to the original products or are adaptable on machines. We accept no liability for damage due to improper adaptation of our parts on machines not provided for this purpose.

JURIDICTION
