Hot configuration: It can control on/off (1 or 2 speed) or modulating fans and is able to manage the rotation of the carriage in automatic and manual mode- It allows the complete management of steam- both directly and through an external boiler module that can also manage the filling and emptying of water and the generation of steam
Leavening configuration: It is able to manage the automatic leavening cycles (consisting of the blocking- conservation- activation- raising and slowing down phases) and the manual conservation and raising cycles (with management of temperature- humidity and ventilation intensity independently for each phase)
Fast cooling configuration: These devices are able to manage rapid cooling and freezing cycles- at temperature and time- with a “hard/soft” function and intensity management (in this case it is also necessary to use an external speed regulator); the temperature cycles are preceded by a test to check the correct insertion of the SENSOR to be tapped (including “multi-point” type SENSOR)
