Description
Protrudes only 10 mm (head + gasket) into the cooking chamber- making cleaning easier and avoiding shocks- Entirely made of stainless steel- Head Ø 40 mm- thickness 7 mm- Threaded body 1/2 inch (15 x 21) length 41 mm with flattened end for cbulbing- Stainless steel nut and 3 mm thick seal supplied- Max- operating temperature 300 °C- Teflon PTFE cable length 3 m- Bending spring- (a 3-wire PT100 SENSOR can also be mounted instead of a 2-wire one)
